Was sorry to read about your hubby's mugging - I had shopping nicked off me last year when a 'lady' pretended to crash into me in the shopping centre, I apologised to HER, only to find minutes later that my new blouse was no longer with me! It's a horrible feeling that someone has taken advantage of you but has made me much more alert.
